Shay la Vie! will only knowingly provide products or services to persons who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.
If you are under the age of 18, but at least 13 years of age, it's best to order products or services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Under Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance; We allow 13 years old and below to visit Shay la Vie! website but prohibit ordering products and services without guardian supervisions.
Merchandise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shay la Vie, but we’re a small crew, not a big-box store—so we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or changed minds. Please double-check your order before checking out (we’re happy to help if you have questions!).
If something arrives defective, damaged or is the wrong item then that’s on us, and we’ll absolutely make it right. You may return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase with the receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps in the Return Process below!
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Receipt is also necessary for proof of purchase. Unable to present all the requirements stated will lead to void of returns/ exchange claims. Only one exchange per product is allowed.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
Membership perks are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.
If something goes wrong and you don’t get your perks, reach out to us—we’ll sort it out for you!
Initiate of Returns/exchange
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team using the website's live chat, or email us to [email protected] to request a return authorization claim.
Packaging
Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the return authorization claim, provided by our customer support team, and the receipt as for the proof of purchase.
Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team along with the return authorization claim and a copy of the receipt.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within {number of days} business days after the return is processed.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
